The clogged drain could be cleared within half an hour by two plumbers from Göbel. Outrageously calculated 4 hours of working time including coffee break + arrival / departure (35 km) for a total of 333 €. This installation company no longer comes into my house. An emergency service would have been much cheaper in such a case. A bottomless cheek by taking advantage of the customer's visual impairment and signing the certificate of attendance in good faith.
"Construction sites are often more expensive than planned." This input sentence of the homepage of GS Goebel Haustechnik was no longer a disaster for me after weeks of dispute over the excessive bill. The company owner has now charged me 11 hours instead of the first required 23.5 mechanic hours. Without my resistance, I would have paid over 800, - € in vain. I am very glad to have only placed a partial order from this company and have found a transparent, very friendly and competent sanitary company.
My experiences:
- No quotation possible and thus lack of transparency, what is charged for everything (for example, also mechanic hours for the journey in spite of additional vehicle lump sum)
- 2 workers are sent even for simple work
- no apology that I was mistakenly billed for mechanic sessions that were made for another customer
- I needed a lot of tenacity to get a proper bill.
I have known the company professionally and privately for many years. After purchasing a property, I had the heating and bathroom refurbished by GS-Goebel. I can only recommend it. I think it's a shame that good companies always get bad reviews from individual people.
I can not understand these negative reviews. With us everything was done quickly and cleanly. We were very well advised by Mr. Goebel and very satisfied with the result. Thank you very much
I can not understand the negative reviews. For me everything was done quickly and cleanly - installations in the bathroom and radiators. Price was reasonable and zero overpriced. Gladly again if a new bathroom renovation is due :)
