Spare parts were delivered promptly and with a sweet surprise. Great advice and service ... it couldn't be better !!
For 14 years now I like to enter my bathrooms with tiles, basins and fittings from your home - the classic style "keeps" just fine and does not go out of fashion. And when I had to replace smaller things like shower heads, that always happened reliably ... and if - as recently - a little something comes even without a bill, you are of course pleased.
After an assembly error, a shower arm from Lefroy-Brooks from England was defective.
Since the shower arm was part of a complete package, it was impossible for us to get the shower arm separately as a spare part. Impossible for us - but not for the always friendly team at Traditional-Bathrooms.
After a few phone calls and emails, all the basic conditions were clarified and Ms. Schmidt and her team conjured up a special order from the manufacturer in England.
The result came in the post today - we are very satisfied with the product as usual and we would like to thank the team from Traditional-Bathrooms once again for the special purchase.
