Hands off! Rip-offs! My cold water stopped running shortly before the holidays because a corner valve broke. I called the company to quickly send someone over for repairs. I was promised someone would be there in 30 minutes. After over an hour, two employees (one of the employees was not wearing a mouth / nose cover) were in my apartment and looked at the problem. They told me that my angle valve was broken (which I already knew, of course, since I called about it) and that they cannot fix it now and in the near future, as they only handle emergencies at the moment. And I should contact someone else through my landlord to repair the angle valve. As a result, € 25 was collected (invoice was not issued) and the employees left my apartment again. The company sends employees, even though it is known that they have no time to carry out repairs. Rip off! As a damage analysis, I am only told what I already know - although an analysis was not requested, but a repair! And then, without having to announce these costs over the phone as required by law, the 300 meter journey will be charged at € 25. Unclear about the exact legal situation, I paid for the journey. After consulting a lawyer, I realized that cashing in was not legal. I set the company an appointment for the return transfer via email, which was simply ignored. Now a second one. If the reclaim of the money (presumably received in the black) is ignored, my lawyer will take further steps. The positive reviews here are fake. The owner of the company evaluates himself. That says it all.

Very friendly, the craftsmen were there quickly. The price-performance ratio is okay. I would definitely recommend it.

Mr. Davood is the company owner and rates himself positively here. Our experience with this company is very bad. The need for our damage was taken advantage of and a completely inflated invoice, which did not match the prices on the homepage, was issued. There was extreme pressure that the bill (45 minutes at the most) of almost € 700 should be paid immediately in cash. After we didn't have that much cash and later complained about the wrong amounts, we were threatened with debt collection. Hands off - dubious !!!!!!

Good service. Pipe cleaning for the toilet cost me 175 €. Actually unbeatable, considering what the media report from prices over € 800 and more.
