10 out of 5 stars in advance. I blindly trust the service and I can. The best orthopedic custom-made shoes my feet could wish for. A service that tries so hard and cares and is always concerned that the customer is satisfied.
I can't give any information about the shop, but about the product Pluto S. The sole may not be bad, but the shoe really offers absolutely no grip if you don't have a thick clubfoot. Especially on the heel, the foot is two centimeters behind the sole, because absolutely nothing contributes to the hold. I also slide up when I run. It's a shame if you could actually walk well after an operation, but this bad shoe really spoils everything. Catastrophic.
Absolutely unfriendly receptionist, when I ordered my slippers, it said: we can't do it, we don't, doesn't pay the checkout, stubborn no flexibility. Strictly according to scheme F, impossible customer service
My shoes were not given to me because the employee who made the shoes wanted to make them himself. Outrageously the shoes cost about € 1400 via the cash register.
I'm definitely out of there - I won't make any more recommendations.
No shop where you as a customer are warmly welcomed and treated that way.
I have really and very good experience especially in this branch. I was advised by Mr. Hübsch very competent and friendly. After extensively testing the hides he made during many hikes in the fall, I can now give my best rating. Many Thanks!
I have been there for several years. Was previously at various service providers for deposits and these were partly of poor quality, partly they have simply put the foot wrong. Only through Mr. Hübsch I got suitable deposits and my complaints were passé. Since then every year for new deposits there.
