I ordered spine straight holder vest here at 12th of November. The owner said it is out of stock and will come next week and took the prescription from me. I went there next week. He said it is still out of stock and will be available next week. I went the following week. Again and again back and forth for 5-6 weeks, the answer was the same. Even though i left a phone number twice, he never called me. I had to go there to check the order status every time. Finally before Christmas, he said that he sent the package to my address (no idea why, instead of calling so i can pick up). I did not receive anything. After waiting one week, I went there again and told him i did not receive the item. I asked for tracking information and he said he doesn’t have it for some reason. He told me that he will check with the post office and call me back before Christmas. To this day, 06.01.2021, i still did not get any calls from him and honestly lost my hope that i will ever get the item. Instead I ordered one from amazon and it arrived in two days. I had to pay the full price to amazon though because he took the prescription from me 2 months ago..

On September 29th, 2020 my wife received her recipe for shoe insoles from Hn. Allram delivered. After 2 weeks, ask if your insoles finished, she was assured that they would be sent to her. The insoles never arrived. The game kept repeating itself again until the beginning of January 2021 !!! so over 3 months, that sucks, none Sorry, the post office served as an alibi. The last resort was to call the health insurance company. My wife found out that the recipe was already on September 29th, 2020 was billed by the cash register. First a call from an employee of the health insurance company at Hn. Allram finally bore fruit on January 13, 2021 !!!! I finally got mine Shoe insoles. I can Hn. Do not recommend Allram.

A super nice owner who gives you great and competent advice. I highly recommend it. I had insoles for my shoes made there and felt very well cared for. 10/10!
