I cannot understand the negative reviews. Today I was there and received very friendly and competent advice, although I could only take the insoles and bandages paid for by the health insurance. The employees fully understood this. I didn't feel uncomfortable for a moment and can only say thank you and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended 👍👍👍
We should sign a self-payment despite the proper prescription and exemption from fees. We haven't seen anything like this in any other store. Would be given by the boss. He couldn't be spoken either. In other stores it went without any problems. Whether bandage, insoles or seat cushions. Had got zero stars from us, you have to give one otherwise you can't post. We will also inform our orthopedic practice about this.
Friendly and competent staff. Fast processing. Everything perfect.
I was there several times this month because of a cruciate ligament tear to pick up splints and Co. The team is very friendly, takes time and adjusts the rails exactly. I highly recommend the orthopedic technique! 🙌🙂
And again I was super satisfied! I have had a shoe sole raised several times on a prescription of 2cm in this orthopedic house and I am always very satisfied with the result - orthopedic and optical! Very nice competent advice. Quick implementation. Gladly again!
