My mom bought a pair of Birkenstock Slippers. the old lady said one moment and went to the back. we trusted her but when she came back she switched it with a pair that is already been broken. when my mom returned to the hotel she notice that there has been damage and went back to change. While the old lady did change it she keep saying that my mom damaged it and was grumbling away. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP.
I went here to buy Birkenstocks, they had several styles and looked to be friendly. After finding two styles I liked I asked for size 39, they had a 39 in one style in which they brought me. They were too big so I tried a 37 since they didn't have a 38 and wore them around for a while in store looking at other styles to see how I liked them. Another customer was also interested and I offered them to her to try. She declined saying she could wait until I decided but also asked if they had another pair in the same size, but they did not. Then out of nowhere, the saleswoman made me take off the ones I was deciding about to give to the other person, no problem I had offered before. I selected another style to try and asked for the pair to the trial in size 39 as I felt they fit well. The salesman then told me I had tried on a 37 before and wanted to see how these fit me. I expressed they fit fine and that I wanted to see them. He ignored me from then on out and I ended up leaving the store without anything and a negative feeling about the whole situation. The customer service was absolutely abhorrent and I would never go back. All of my other encounters here in Germany with respect to customer service has been wonderful except for this one.
