Incredibly poor and incompetent service. You want to exchange / give something back and for more than an hour there are only untrained interns who say they cannot do this. One should come differently when. It doesn't matter that customers have time to lose. Incredibly bad.
The sellers are really bad and really rude.
BTW you don't care too much about disinfection. No wonder store is almost always empty.
Nice temporary workers but very disrespectful manager (although I bought several shoes and left sales) can learn a slice from his salespeople
