I bought a pair of shoes there for the first time in 1998. Nice to see that even smaller shops can survive for so long. That would hardly happen if they offered poor quality or poor service for such a long time. I bought the last pair the day before yesterday (in the online store) and picked it up myself. Everything perfect!
Shoes are awarded as horse leather and even on demand it was not recognized that the shoe is 'only' calfskin. A return was only possible with evidence of the shoe manufacturer in Italy. From such a love for the truthfulness and the handling if someone noticed it is only to be advised against.
After many reviews are written only after bad experiences I wanted to comment on my positive experiences here. I have been a customer of this shoe business for almost 20 years and never had a reason to be dissatisfied with the shoes I bought. For about 15 years I buy 1-2 times a year shoes in Classico in the 5 yards and was here with the service, as today again, always very satisfied. If I have worn the shoes 1-2 times a week, then they have held on average about 5-10 years - careful handling, good care and shoe trees provided. I think that's not bad values.
Great advice and friendly staff. Shoes are top quality. My first stop every time in Munich but also online I like to shop there.
