WILD Munich

Used to shop a lot in this place and considered it to be one of the best spots in Munich for interesting fashion. However, have to put one star for service and rudeness of one person in the team (unfortunately, it needs only one to screw up all the impression). Always had great interactions with two buyer ladies - Beate (the best!) and Helga - who gave great advice/small talk! But today looking for several accessories and asked if the item I set aside a week before with Helga is still available. While I totally understand that the item should not be on hold for a week and it’s totally ok that it was sold, instead of polite response that it’s not available anymore and an offer to see smth else, I got totally rude face passing through me (I assume the lady’s name was Sandra, but I’m not sure, cos i never shopped with her) talking rudely and telling that they don’t have anything else (while I can see other similar items hanging on the wall)!!! How is this a customer service. The lady looked at me like she above it all and does not want to sell anything. It’s plain rude and borderline offensive (also showing that not-German speakers are not welcome, don’t know what should be my take on this?!!). I came to the shop wearing the items I bought there and expected nice and warm treatment as I got before, but apparently the lady does not need loyal customers around. Will avoid this place as some days it runs by rude and offensive person (and you never know whom you gonna get). So disappointed!

Great loading and despite the coronavirus, great advice from video advice! You can tell that the shop is run with passion! For me a Munich institution! 🥰

Totally unfriendly or no reception. Regulars are asked for coffee and others are not. For the seller on the first floor, first thought he was a customer and waiting for his girlfriend, the phone more important. Too bad, would have needed a pretty Christmas dress and spent the necessary change gladly.
