Unfortunately, no service that corresponds to the level of Haus Dior. Not a good selection of accessories, you have no possibility to order something from another boutique or from the Dior website if you don't find anything suitable in the store. The advice is not unfriendly but not customer-friendly at all and also not professional. You actually feel like you are in an average fashion store. Honestly after this encounter I don't want to buy anything from Dior anymore, there are enough luxury brands that are interested that the customer is happy with the purchase process and with the purchase result and trains your staff accordingly.
