The owner is very nice, kind and customer-oriented. She helped me tremendously with sending my UPS package, and at the same time was very accomodating to other customers. She gave thoughtful advice to them about the dresses. She made my day!
There are actually a few nice things that I would like to take a closer look at ... Unfortunately, you don't feel comfortable in the shop and you are not allowed to touch anything. For the fact that the shop will close soon anyway & these are very normal children's items, I think that's absolutely silly.
Thanks for your apologies. I think it wouldn't have been too difficult to just ask my name, how big my package was or what it looks like and quickly find my package. I tried to explain I can't come back to this area, unfortunately I can't and now my package has to be sent back. I waited 1 month for my package and it would have only taken 5 minutes of your time to look for it. I understand the rules but you can be friendly too. Thank you
