No sign to indicate where you are. The only information is very confusing about the directions. No elevator for Kinderwagen or heavy packages, even it's a place you can switch to S1 or S8 to go to the airport.

Can't agree more with what others are saying, every time I go there with my kid need to lift the stroller by myself and same for the luggage on the way to airport, very inconvenient. Also, recently displays stopped working and the only way to see your train is coming is via google maps. If someone responsible reads it, please fix these problems, it should be possible.

This S-bahn station is one of the stops on the S8 line to the Flughafen (Airport). Somehow the designers of the station completely forgot that people usually have luggage when they travel to the airport. Their short-sightedness now led to a station without elevators or escalators. You need to lift your luggage up the stairs.

This station is very bad for several reasons. First off, it smells terribly bad, like urine at almost all times. The roof of the station is a joke for a rich city like Munich is. On rainy days you can see how badly maintained the station and its roof is when streams of water drip through the damaged roof. If you're traveling with luggage, baby strollers, wheelchairs or similar items I strongly suggest to use a different station due to the lack of any escalators or elevators. But hey, why invest any money if you can rise the ticket price annually and offer bad services anyway.

Too many stairs and no elevator/escalator ergo Not barrier free. You'll suffer if you are carrying a suitecase. The station smells like piss most of the time and is badly maintained for Munich standards. There is only one ticket machine per platform, so you either need to come way sooner than you should, or you risk missing your train while waiting in line to buy a ticket. All in all, if you can avoid that damned station, do.
