Very unprofessional, impolite and unfriendly staff. 12.07.2020 the fatty girl served for us and it was worst service ever. She hates her job and customers, why still work there? Der Back is quality name, but staff like her, makes it down.

Worst staff ever. Very unfriendly and nervously yelling and complaining at customers. Nie wieder Der Beck.
Rarely seen such unfriendly staff. No hello, no bye, and annoyed answers. Apart from the fact that the Beck is totally overpriced.
The only nice employee in this shop is the dark-skinned man.
Unfriendly female employees who cannot even say "hello" or "goodbye".
On the other hand, Mr. Mbemba, who is usually in the shop in the afternoon, is super friendly. Ladies can take an example from him;)
It couldn't be more unfriendly here. The two ladies should be absolutely fired.
The only competent and nice worker here is Mr. Mbemba
