Hello, yesterday around 9.30 am we went shopping in this branch twice a week as usual. So far we have always been very satisfied, and the products are also very good. We only had a shock experience on September 25th, 2020. Due to a cystitis I had to go to the toilet in a very hurry, but I said so before ordering and asked for the toilet key. I shouldn't have done that because the saleswoman told me in a very harsh and loud tone that I would only get the key if I also buy it. And as I said, we are regular customers and buy bread and rolls twice a week. Such unfriendliness is not possible. I ask that this saleswoman be spoken to. Many thanks. Extrem wilde ware. Zum Thema "Too good to go": Es wird in der App gesagt, dass es eine "Überraschungstüte" gibt. Sich dann über den Inhalt zu beschweren ist eine Frechheit, besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass man sich die gewünschte Ware auch normal kaufen kann. ;)

It's about the 'To good to go' app. With this app you can save food that would otherwise be thrown away. I've tried it many times at various 'Goldjunge' branches and it was always great. Usually, you pay in the app, go to the bakery at a certain time and then collect your so-called surprise bag, which is put together on site. At this office it was unfortunately only the case that the bag was ready before I arrived and so I didn't know what was inside. I was therefore not asked about allergies. It was unfortunately the case that there were sausage sandwiches in the bag. My family and I can't do anything with that since we are all vegetarians. The question of whether I can exchange the bag with the sandwiches was answered in the negative. Then I just stood there with rolls that have no use for me. Fortunately, I was able to exchange my bag with another customer. But if he wasn't ready I would have a bag of food that I don't need. Whether that is thrown away at home or at the bakery makes no difference and the meaning of this app is lost. I don't want to choose everything, that's for sure. It's not called 'surprise bag' for nothing, but it would make sense to put the bag together in the presence of the customer so that they can also be Intolerances, allergies, etc. can be asked OR AT LEAST the possibility to exchange the bag. If there is something with a nut inside and I'm allergic to it, it doesn't help me to take it with me, even though it would be better off with someone else. I hope that next time it will be considered. :-)
