Was there again, the service has improved a lot! Quality as usual good. Sales still have to settle in, sometimes very slowly. 3 employees only 1 of them served, although some customers are waiting. Should get better. By the way, the café and shop are very nice.

The shop and the counter are always clean. The sellers are nice and always try to provide professional information. The selection of breads is plentiful, the selection of rolls is okay and the cakes and pieces of cake are relatively clear. The sandwiches have something for everyone. I think it's a shame that the seating takes up over half of the shop space and you can't stand in line at the sales counter with the necessary distance at the moment, or have to meet in a very narrow space when going in and out.

Bought various rolls here on October 31, 2020 around 1 p.m. Rye bread EUR 0.89, normal light EUR 0.45 and grain bread EUR 0.72 each. For a couple of rolls I paid almost 5 euros, which are definitely not bargain prices. I did not get any quality but consistently sausage rolls, one had the impression that the rolls had drawn moisture. Dear bread house ..... I expect a quality from you that justifies your high prices, otherwise I buy the rolls a little further in the Norma. Also now the Christmas stollen 17 euros a kilo another branch bakery from Erlangen is charging 12.50 euros .... one wonders ..... So I get the receipt to compare the prices.
