Place is empty except for a hand full of stores. With the only notable one being Kultspiele a games shop offering a vast variety of board, war and pen and paper games. Also only place in Dortmund I know of that has a vast selection of vallejo paints.Without Kultspiele ther would never be a reason to enter this place

How nice hoarding was there back then!

With a lot of goodwill two stars. In addition to a seminar for elderly care, a fitness studio, a hairdresser, an Asian, a toy store and a bakery, around three quarters of the shops are empty. It looks more like a construction site than a shopping experience. At times it also smells strongly of all kinds of unpleasant smells. In rainy weather, it can be used as a shortcut between Hansastraße and Kampstraße.
