Waiting time of 4 weeks to get an appointment to change car plates (whose overall process takes around 20 mn). If you simply don't want to work, please let us know. Private companies do the same job within 24 hours.
This is worst office germany. Not answering my emails and phone calls. Phone number is always busy
Went there right after opening (around 7:40), info desk were helpfull, service was friendly and fast, the lady could speak english to me when I had dificulties with german.
Maybe I was lucky, not sure, but the experience was positive. Spent about 40 min. (Went on a Thursday, at 7:40 for anmeldung, got number 19)....
Very crowded. Came there on Monday morning at 7.30 and was already 33rd. Took me 2 hours to get registered. In the meantime I would say that everything seems to be organized fine. Probably there is a better day or time to come. Good thing - you can park on Rewe parking up to 2 hours for free.
If you need any documents, here's a recommendation: Be there an hour before opening. Take a number. You still won't be the first, since the veterans know about this. Now go home and live your life. Get breakfast, find a partner, get married, build a home, raise your children, check the website. If it's only about 30 people left in line, go back to the bureau. It is now closed. Try again next time, two hours early. Write some Google maps reviews in the meantime.
