Great yoga studio with very positive teachers. A strengthening and relaxing pelvic floor training can be found on Monday evening! :)
A very nice yoga studio in a beautifully renovated building. On the ground floor there is the reception and the changing rooms and on the first floor - which is bright and beautiful - you feel as safe as in a cave. All three owners are very pleasant people and teachers.
I've been here for almost two years and feel well.
- The room is beautiful and the selected music is really relaxing
- All teachers are really nice and help or give alternative exercises, if you can not do something.
- I'm fitter than ever and am looking forward to my yoga class every week. We are a small yogi family
I feel very well in this studio, the yoga lessons are a lot of fun and are taught by Andrea, Dani and Kathrin professionally and with a lot of heart!
