Yoga with Julia is really fun and relaxes me a lot. The course is very pleasant and just right from the number of participants. Each lesson has its own theme and it is always very varied.
I attend yoga therapy and courses and therefore evaluate both.
Julia uses a lot of expertise and sensitivity when it comes to yoga therapy. Due to her positive nature, it was not difficult to fully trust her in the first session. I am on the right track and it makes a decisive contribution. With her you don't have the feeling that you are now going to the "yoga teacher", but rather that you are going to a good friend.
During the courses, it is important and possible for her to respond to the individual sensitivities in the small groups, she explains very well how the exercises are to be carried out. Even as a newcomer, I can follow very well :-)
The best yoga class I've ever been to! Although I come once or twice a week, there is always something new for me and it never gets boring. Julia incorporates many different elements (pillow, roll, block, belt, etc.) into her lessons and creates a large variation and can respond perfectly to heterogeneous groups. In addition, the studio is super beautiful and you just feel comfortable.
A beautiful yoga studio in the heart of Fürth. I have been with Julia for a good half a year and I feel in perfect hands with her. Whether yoga therapy or group lessons, there is something special and individual for every personality and level. I felt very comfortable from the start.
I have been doing yoga with Julia in rainbow yoga for 2 years now, from the beginning I felt in good hands and felt accepted.
The groups are smaller, but there is time to address each one individually; one is sometimes challenged, but never overwhelmed.
Julia has a wonderful way of teaching yoga, pays close attention to the correct alignment of the asanas and is always open to your yogis.
I can only recommend everyone to try yoga in rainbow yoga with Julia!
