The website is wonderfully structured, booking the yoga class was very easy. I also received an answer to my questions directly. As soon as the Yoga Kus has started there will be an update :)
Micha's meditation course is really recommended. I've been looking for a way to be calmer and more focused in everyday life for a long time. The course was devoid of spiritual frivolity. The atmosphere was relaxed and I felt right at home.
Worth it!
