Very, very pleasant studio with competent trainers who have been doing sports themselves for decades. Really deep expertise, whether it's training, nutrition, injuries and health. Very nice and polite interaction, also among the members. Met great people there 👍🏼 The offer is also diverse, you can do boxing, aerobics, yoga, bodybuilding, sauna, etc. ... Course trainers who are passionate about it and push you exactly when you need it.
