Just like the name - really COMPETENT! Since I am a patient with a cash register, I mentioned this on the phone and actually expected a cancellation. However, to my astonishment, I was invited very warmly to a free initial consultation to find out whether therapy would be necessary for me at all. Of course I accepted this offer and went to my appointment, which took place 4 days later. You come into the center and feel right at home because you are received very warmly - as if you were just visiting a close friend. The therapist is really amazing. I have rarely seen such a nice, friendly, radiant, experienced and really competent therapist. So far, I haven't been to many, but what you get from friends and family, most psychologists don't always tick normally: =) But here you meet a therapist who takes the time, listens and after 1.5 hours . (free) (!!!) first interview has an exact (!) look through and can list the necessary change steps in life. I am overwhelmed and can really recommend this experience to everyone! Thank you again for the super great conversation - you have already changed a lot in my head for the better in the 1.5 hours! Kind regards, Filiz Yildiz
