Professional trainers, fun workouts, diverse offers for everyone. Especially suitable times for working people. Great alternative for the gym, especially if you like to be outdoors! Also during the lockdown, great courses that were adapted to the virtual implementation. Great to try out: a 10 card

Super varied trainings, personable coaches with a lot of know-how. Outdoor in summer a dream to work out! The exercises are also adapted in different intensities and thus to the athletic level of the participants, there is something for everyone. Another plus point: The online training in Corona times also runs flawlessly, you don't need any equipment and it's really fun.
