Unfortunately, it did not come to a well-being experience for my wife.
We have agreed a total of 5 appointments, all of which have been repeatedly postponed.
We are very disappointed with the way the customer deals with the appointment and unfortunately can not recommend Aura Vital!
Gift voucher for a pampering package - appointment made. Fr.Y. the appointment iwie "forget". To get a makeshift shiatsu massage. 2nd appointment followed to redeem the pampering package ... stood in front of a locked door.
Email contact to solve the problem, since I no longer feel like doing anything incompetent - no reaction from Mrs. Y.
Will pass it to the legal protection-unfortunately.
More trouble than relaxation. Unfortunately I can not give 0 stars!
I experienced pure relaxation with a wellness massage and with a new visit very competent, helpful advice for my skin. Ms. Yalcinkaya is extremely careful and very professional. Gladly again :)
