Worst experience ever in a saloon. If you have bleached hair, and you care about them, don’t go there. First appointment was great, looked like a nice team. So I booked another one. After the meshes, the hairdresser wanted to “get rid of the yellow” and added some dye in the washing process. She admitted it is a new product and said she is not responsible for the outcome. They were green. Not blonde, but green. After blowing the hair, she started to say it must be my hair who reacted by being “too damaged”. She apologised and said if I’m unhappy about the colour I need to come back in a week and they will fix it. So I did, but they did not have time, so asked me to get an appointment in 2 weeks. When I came back, they bleached the green out, but charged me for the “fix” to the problem they created. I was never so displeased with a service. Not only they ruined my hair, they also blamed my previous hairdressers, made me look like the joker for 2 weeks and charged me to fix the problem! I only bleach my hair in saloons, and this was the worst experience ever.

I've been a customer since this shop has existed. I am only now writing a review because my great wish for a change has come true. I The advice is ALWAYS absolutely professional and honest. Honesty can sometimes be tough for the customer when one wishes for a change with the hair, which however is ALMOST impossible and the hair is very stressful. Just like mine: I wanted to dye it from almost black natural hair to silver gray. Caro explained to me for a long time that this is not done with one session, and it can also be that my hair does not take on the color as I would like. She was honest but I really wanted to try it out with her anyway. And what can I say: After the third session, Caro naturally managed to make me sooooo HAPPY. She managed to dye my hair perfectly and gently! Exactly in the shade of gray I wanted. You are just a very strong team and I have been very conceivable for you for years!
