Customer unfriendly and outrageous; I have never seen anything like this before.
demand according to the management 200 € (!!!) for cutting their own (GfH wig) in their own salon, if they were bought on the Internet.
GfH sells via the Internet, but does not want to have anything to do with its own products and brands afterwards.
I was laughed at. With 500/600 € I wouldn't get very far with them on site.
This is not how you treat customers who usually don't wear wigs for fun, but rather because they have serious health problems. This is not a sensitivity or a business practice towards sick people.
I was shocked.
Fortunately, never had to deal with such a company, really unbelievable that they have customers .. not recommended at all ---------
