The moving day itself went smoothly and to my greatest satisfaction. I can only say professionals at work. There was even free assistance on the day of the move. We moved as a 3-person household (with a lot of clutter) with the Reibstein company, after both the contact in advance and the viewing appointment had already surprised us very positively. Since another major provider would not have guaranteed the appointment immediately when signing the contract, in contrast the Reibstein company had already reserved the desired appointment without obligation when contacting us by phone until an acceptance or rejection was possible after receiving the offer. The viewing appointment went well with Mr. Reibstein personally, who obviously cares about both the customer and his employees. The following offer included the organization of the stopping ban and free loan boxes, the price for which was more than fair. The performance of the move itself was in no way inferior to the first impression - the movers were in a good mood and did the job wonderfully. Any ambiguities could be discussed without any problems. An incomplete list of removal goods (communication problem - that just happens) caused some irritation, but the problem was solved competently. In the end we had moved well with all of our things and are infinitely grateful for the performance of the professionals who made the chaotic and tiring day easier with their performance and their humorous way of working. We unreservedly recommend this wonderful family business.

It was a very extensive move, 4 transpoters for 1 house and 1 apartment. The Reibstein company supported us very well. In times of personal chaos, it was good to have a well-functioning team around you. Even with extra issues in between, always having a contact person who offers solutions!
