For the renewal of our gas heating, the Hofstetter company offered us very extensive offers in variants with and without solar support. The assembly by two very friendly and competent fitters was extremely clean and tidy within just two days. Warm water again in the evening - great! We can highly recommend this company!

A DHW tank was renewed for me. The work was carried out at short notice and punctually on the agreed date and properly, which is no longer a matter of course today. Price-performance OK. (The invoice was lower than the cost estimate) All in all very satisfied

With us the heating was changed in 2 days, everything was perfect. Fitters have worked cleanly, the heating runs perfectly.

Installers were on time. I would recommend it.

My experience with this company was disappointing and annoying this time. The reviews in front of me clearly reflect this impression. Too bad, I was quite happy with Hofstetter until a few years ago. But in times when the order books are full, small orders are obviously not as popular. Solution: Hire more people who know their way around and remember that times will change again and you can be happy as a craft company when Grandma Anni has to get the jammed heating thermostat turned on. I'm pissed because: So far, 5 appointments and now almost 3 months waiting time were necessary for a simple maintenance of my gas boiler. Nobody from Hofstetter appeared on the first appointment. Dates 2 and 3 were at least canceled, allegedly due to illness. When I asked if there was not a replacement man, I was informed that there were only 2 (two !!!) fitters in total. At least the fourth appointment worked and cleaned the device. The fitter diagnosed a filthy sensor and said he had to order a spare part that would be there in about a week. Today, three weeks later, he was finally back and had NOT installed a spare part, but if he was lucky he cleaned the sensor (on the recommendation of the manufacturer). Apparently no spare part ordered. Of course, the temperature display does not work again. Since Christmas is just around the corner, I do not expect to see any face from Hofstetter this year. Tip for the next client: start yelling and messing around, otherwise nothing happens. Understanding and friendly behavior are not rewarded.
