We can only recommend the company Achleitner and Mr. Fras, for more than 10 years a partnership and uncomplicated cooperation! The company reliably cleans our facilities, both inside and outside, and maintains the green spaces, and does our final cleaning after completion! A highly recommended cleaning company - the windows are again a pure joy and the last dog hair was removed. The staff is friendly and the cleaning ladies very professional, the pets were treated with due respect and did not bother the staff! That's exactly how you should work as a cleaner. Happy again and again!

Our winter service was several times not performed as agreed. My first complaint was not responded. My second complaint promised me a credit. When they did not arrive for another three weeks I complained again. Then my contract was terminated by the company. Apparently legitimate complaints are not welcome. In the picture you can see what has been cleared. Contractually, the eviction of the entire driveway was set. After a personal conversation it turned out that the company is clearing a different plan than agreed with us.

Especially now in the wet winter months, we greatly appreciate the leased dirt mats from Achleitner. We have had these for over 6 years now and are exchanged once a month.

They are all very polite and nice. with questions you always get an answer. The reviews are not fair and correct. They have a lot to do in the company and many customers. and as far as the cleaning staff are concerned: yes, most can speak little or something bad German. but they have a job and do it right! If something goes wrong then improve it next time. everyone makes mistakes. PS. If you, as a customer, are simply friendlier, give them exactly what you need and if something goes wrong, they are not the same mean but at least somewhat confounding. After all, all employees concerned trouble .. You do not know what happens in those for example in Priavten life. Be glad that there is someone who cleans for you. Achleitner is a great company.
