Dear Jens, my family and I can give you a big praise for our new awning! The "old" awning had not survived the storms this summer and threatened to crash onto our terrace, complete with garden furniture. After we had supported the remains of the awning, you were on site at short notice and we were able to put together our new awning from numerous patterns and alternatives. You have advised us in great detail, which possibilities we have, u.a. survive such storms unscathed. So the new model was equipped with wireless engine and wind sensor. Particularly noteworthy is that we can now shade the entire terrace with the awning and, despite some extras, our budget was met! Your employees had it during the dismantling of the old awnings ("Remnants") really not easy. They did nevertheless high-quality work, with patience and effort as well as absolutely clean. In conclusion, we can assure you and your staff of excellent performance in consultation, planning and execution ... Thank you very much! Bernd Müller

Careful, you get ripped off here! Completely overdue billing of the arrival and departure time (in addition to a anyway already opened car package), as well as the working time for a trivial repair. Never again!!!

A great team! After my blind no longer worked, the staff were very fast with us, have repaired the blind and everything cleanly grouted with silicone. That was a TOP work - even clean was done afterwards. I recommend the team in full!

I've turned to the FRS for slat cleaning. A call and I got an appointment for the next day. The staff arrived on time, were very nice and did the work quickly, reliably and without any complaints. And the price / performance ratio was absolutely right. If I have something to clean again, I will definitely call the FRS GmbH again.
