Hello just had a detailed conversation with Mr. Jakowatz about the cost of travel time. For small and large carpets of 6 square meters and more. I was also informed about additional costs, unfortunately it is not worth having a 3 year old carpet cleaned for 70-140 €. Thanks to the cat, he has to go and we don't have a carpet for now. Mr. Jakowatz is very friendly and competent. We were able to determine this from the first call. We received an appointment very quickly. Mr. Jakowatz appeared punctually on the agreed date and again he was very friendly. Our carpets are finally clean again. We are more than satisfied with Mr. Jakowatz's work and will continue to contact him in the future. Price / offer: Very good

I spilled yellow juice on my new couch and got an appointment the same day. Very polite and really thorough. The stain is no longer visible! Great price for money. We will now also have our car and mattresses cleaned.
