The subject of "caretaker" is a well-known problem in residential complexes: Usually, after about one to two years, the carelessness increases, which usually ends in a termination of the contract.
The way in which the Metropol company worked was, however, to a remarkable extent negligent from the start. Contractually agreed caretaker activities were repeatedly not carried out or only after several written warnings were sometimes carried out - not infrequently unwillingly and in a way that required renewed written requests for improvement.
All in all, our residential complex now makes a rather dingy impression.
Definitely not to advise !!!
