Unfortunately, I cannot understand some of the reviews.
I have been a customer of this cleaning service for years.
The staff are always very polite, helpful and personable.
Maybe they reflect how they are treated too.
Stubborn stains are tried to remove by repeated cleaning
and all at no additional cost.
Just keep it up. At the present time this service is not a matter of course.
I can also recommend the 10 card.

I have been bringing my shirts here for cleaning for several months.
The friendliness could be improved, but the desired service (cleaning) was provided to satisfaction.
Depending on whether the card reader works or if you have enough cash with you, the processes were paid in advance via prepayment or when you collected them.
Today I was sent away again because prepayment via cell phone NFC was not possible and I had neither card nor cash with me.
This behavior, which in my opinion is absolutely disrespectful, definitely leaves a very negative aftertaste.
The work performance is okay, but the staff is anything but friendly. The employees don't even get a good morning or a good day out of their mouth, instead they simply say "Please" as a greeting with the corners of their mouth pulled down and in a bad mood. So I know customer friendliness, regardless of the trade.
Very good service. All stains went out and I got everything back properly ironed. Definitely recommendable.
