Competent and friendly advice and that for many years. The small pharmacy has a good assortment and you are always given very courteous advice. Even now during the Corona period, the pharmacy was always manned and I am glad that there is one.

I actually like to support small pharmacies. But I'm very disappointed with this pharmacy: poor advice, unnecessary costs, lack of transparency and poor sorting. Despite asking for a prescription, instead of my regular original pill, I was ordered and given a cheap re-import from Eastern Europe without asking. Although the active ingredients are the same, the additives are not, which is why the tolerability is not identical. The days of the week of the individual pills are then nicely in Russian or so on. In addition, this was actually sold to me by a third cheaper re-import at the price that the original product normally costs. Afterwards I found that this cheap product is available at other pharmacies for a good 30 euros for 6 months. I suspect this is about making money. From a pharmacy, however, I expect useful advice and that I get the products that I order and for which I have a prescription. I also heard from acquaintances that it was repeatedly claimed that prescription drugs were not available in the desired version. Instead, alternative products were ordered, which then made an additional payment necessary, which would not have been necessary for the product actually desired. And then it turned out that other pharmacies at the same time had no problem ordering the product they wanted. In general, I have been to this pharmacy several times for medication with and without a prescription, and even the simplest medication such as headache tablets were not in stock. Almost everything has to be ordered, which of course involves waiting times. Too bad.

Redeeming recipes works without any problems here. Only the active application of homeopathy strikes me here sour and leads to a severe devaluation. As a pharmacy, you should really focus on the health of your customers, putting ineffective globules as "naturopathy" is sporty.
