I have been a regular customer at the Medicon pharmacy in Wallensteinstrasse for 15 years now and it is not the pharmacy that is around the corner from home. Nevertheless, the way is not too far for me because I am always given friendly and competent advice, the service is right and I feel in good hands. A big compliment to the whole team!
I could not write any text before because the phone had switched off. I am always very satisfied with everything and it is not at all what others write that the coworkers or pharmacists have no idea, I can not say that at all and I am after all a nurse who can judge that a little better. I have often had a difficult problem, which I talked to the staff well and could talk shop. So far, I have not been able to identify any long waiting times, and if that was the case then it was because these employees were trying hard with each one of them. So if you want to enjoy such a treatment, you should also accept it, if it takes a little longer with others. The advice is really very competent, extremely friendly and I let me deliver something from time to time. Everything works perfectly and I'm glad to have such a pharmacy near me, as I need them more often than maybe the average.
