About 3 years ago we carried out a complete renovation of our mid-terrace house with the Schaffrath company and were always satisfied with the performance, adherence to deadlines and expert advice. Both Mr. Tuckenbrodt and his employees were always nice and friendly and tried hard to implement our wishes! We thank the Schaffrath team, we will definitely recommend them to others!
We are unfortunately very disappointed with the customer service! We made an appointment and emailed pictures of the dripping pipe on the roof. 10 days later, when the repair day was due, we were called 2 hours beforehand, the boss had looked at the picture and it could not be repaired at all! Yes .. thank you for NOTHING! Meanwhile the pipe drips twice as much and we carry 3 buckets of water from the roof every 2 days and can start again to find a technician. What a shame! That can be done better from the service!
In spring of this year we implemented the extensive complete renovation of our bathroom with the company Schaffrath. Mr. Truckenbroth is a very competent, reliable and pleasant craftsman. His employees as well. The schedule was well adhered to, the professional competence was convincing and the communication was flawless. The result is really impressive. From our side, the company Schaffrath is a clear recommendation. Keep it up, Mr. Truckenbroth!
