We have been a customer of the Strobel company for many years and until now had a new heating, solar system and water treatment system installed. There were problems with the latter, but nobody feels responsible for them anymore. For many weeks I have been waiting for a call back from Mr. Strobel, but unfortunately this does not happen. There is also no response to emails. Disappointing!!! *** After I gave a very negative review yesterday, I was greeted by Mr. Strobel contacted. He apologized for being overworked and for forgetting to give me an interim reply. Ultimately, I received this afternoon from Mr. Strobel personally the answer that I have been waiting for a long time. I think this was a case of unfortunate circumstances. *** After the water treatment system was finally repaired after 2 years (a fitter from the manufacturer Judo was also necessary) I discovered that the lid of the dosing system broke during this repair. I complained about this, stating that this can also be replaced during the next maintenance. That was now 2 or 3 years ago. Now I received an offer for 119 € for a plastic cover, including a mechanic's journey ... This is very disappointing, because in recent years I have had my heating, solar system replaced and now the water treatment system and all of a sudden they claim that it is outside the warranty, just because I wanted to leave it to the Strobel company when they put the lid on change. Very disappointing Mr. Strobel. In the meantime I have written to the Judo company, maybe they are kulander. Thanks again. To be fair, I would like to add something, I have been a Strobel customer for many years and I have to say that I am very satisfied with the work. Somehow the worm was in the built-in water system. The deduction of the star only relates to the processing of the complaints.

Always friendly, competent and reliable!

In the past two years I had several contacts with Strobl. Unfortunately, it was not possible for the company to solve the problem immediately, only the manufacturer's customer service was able to do that. However, before repairs could be carried out by the factory customer service, Fa Strobl made several unsuccessful attempts to get the problem under control. Unfortunately, the repair took a total of 14 days (without hot water), especially since new components always had to be ordered and fetched. Overall, the repair of a system must not take longer than a few days. In addition, the chimney sweeper discovered during regular checks that Fa Strobl had forgotten to close the measuring opening of the system again. This means that small amounts of exhaust gas penetrate the living space - a considerable safety risk, especially for small children. When I asked to explain myself and from RR the managing director, I never received an answer.

We got a new heater from FA 4 years ago. Let Strobel be installed.Everything from the quotation to completion (including removing a small wall in the basement) was done cleanly and very neatly. But even minor tasks such as a flush button on the toilet can be done quickly. So anyone who appreciates cleanliness, punctuality and flawless work comes to FA. Strobel not over.

Very pleasant, always friendly and competent from the boss to the apprentice. Clean and professional work from A-Z. I can only recommend this company! (Installation of a district heat transfer station and renewal of all radiators and lines!)
