The BGSN is a landlord who still offers apartments at fair rental prices and also offers good service. I am very happy to have got a rental apartment there again (already ten years a tenant a few years ago). I was very positively surprised that you actually made it possible (despite Corona) to offer me several apartments in a very short time, so that it took me less than 4 weeks from the search to the move. I would therefore like to thank all of the employees who made this possible. Keep up the good work and above all stay true to your rental price policy - there are so many people who have a low income even though they work just as hard and hard as those who earn better, and they should also have the chance to live nicely. Thank you!

My heating was broken I had 9 days no hot water and yes heating.
