A radiator in the bathroom should be replaced. I was charged four hours which I unfortunately signed. First the employee came at 07:45. After three minutes he said a valve had to be replaced and he had to get it. A master was there beforehand and looked at it. But well after another 45 minutes he was back and work started. When the fitter was finished, he wrote in the delivery note 07: 00-11: 00. I asked why 07:00 am but he said I have to pay for the journey. OK I live in Fürth 45 minutes mhh ok. When he was gone I cleaned the bathroom a bit. When I got out of the bathroom, I unfortunately only looked at the clock. 10:46 by then the fitter was gone for at least 5 minutes. I then called the company straight away and complained about it. They actually wanted to credit me at least 0:30 minutes. But of course nothing to see on the bill.
I will no longer hire this company! In addition, what I also have to say the fitter had packed up and was almost leaving I had to tell him that the valve on the heater was dripping after installation. He fixed it but otherwise he would have left. More than bad service. Never again!
The service is bad. Our heating failed last night, the emergency service was not available because no one answered the phone. My husband then left a message on the answering machine at around 12 noon and called again at 9 a.m. The only answer came the heating will be repaired during the day. We have been sitting here for 15 hours without heating and warm water at 10 degrees and unfortunately we do not know how long this will go on because you cannot get any real information.

The sanitary emergency service worked extremely well on June 1st, 2020. Thanks again to the emergency service fitter Mr. Dörling for the prompt and professional help :-)
5 stars because I was served promptly and competently here today. Other specialist dealers or hardware stores were neither willing nor motivated to help me.
