The store is the epitome of the service desert.
Unfriendly staff. A boss who gives customers false statements without hesitation. In my case, a shoe was destroyed when it was raised. "That happens, that's just the way it is" just one of the statements. It was explicitly asked beforehand whether the shoe would be damaged. Clear statement in advance of the boss "nothing can happen"
