I don't understand these negative reviews, they must be posts from the competition. OM is not only a competent company, but also always reliable and extremely friendly. We were always helped and all questions were professionally resolved. HIGHLY recommended ... anytime again
I cannot recommend this shop, the specialist staff is mostly unfriendly and incompetent. Here the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing or has already done.
I was literally snapped at by an employee. With competent advice I would have saved a few visits. Although the technician has made every effort, I will avoid this shop in the future.

I needed insoles 1.5 years ago. I had to go to the store 4 times and go to the doctor 3 times because of a change in the prescription
(flexible like a railroad tie).

they are not all pensioners who have all day.
Now I have been given compression stockings and I am already in there with a bad feeling. The prescription was viewed and it was found that it was too old, so back to the doctor, with a new prescription back into the shop at 3:00 p.m., stockings were only available until 11:00 a.m.
well thanks then I'd rather go somewhere else
my recommendation, look for another store.
