Unfortunately, I also had the worst possible experience here. At the beginning of July I submitted my prescription for an XXL rollator and to this day I have not received it. Information is not responsible and I have to call the workshop myself. I tried this every morning for two weeks and no one answered the phone. Then they offered an email to be sent there, they would call me back, and it never happened. Now, understandably, I did not call again today in a good mood - again you get the information you are not responsible (but my prescription was accepted here) the phone number would have changed and when I asked why they would not let me know we are not. When I then said I would complain and not rate it positively either, I just put on the load, so that I still don't know what is going on with my rollator that I have applied for and which has been approved by the AOK for a long time. If only I had known all of this beforehand. Very disappointing ... Appendix 28.9. today the rollator was delivered to me by a very nice gentleman and explained to me. When I described the previous problems to him, he explained the processes and waiting times to me (if this had been done when submitting the prescription, one could have been prepared for it).

After several negative experiences in other medical supply stores, I already got a great consultation on the phone and when I passed by I could order the right thing for my inguinal hernia. Since I know the same where I go in the future, if I need something again.

By far the worst medical supply store in the region. Simply apply for the compression treatment completely contrary to the prescription of the treating physician. That means they leave all extras away and even aware of this on demand. And, of course, do not tell the patient what's wrong with the first treatment. So they seemingly save money, the compression supply at another medical supply store with extras has cost the same. Furthermore, I needed a splint right after my cruciate ligament tear and unfortunately had to go back to the medical supply store with crutches because I could hardly walk. They thought the rail would cost over 1000 euros and would have to be approved by the cashier, that would take several weeks (remember, I had a connective torn Keuzband acute). Then they actually said I should pay a high amount in advance and would get the amount back after approval. I left (luckily!) And called my health insurance. The track did not have to be approved and I got it from another medical supply store that same day. Without payment in advance and it has also cost significantly less than 1000 euros. So I had to go through the whole city right after an accident. What service. Furthermore, they even send advertising for chargeable events of the house without permission. For this purpose, the patient data will probably be used. I can only recommend never to go to this medical supply store.
