We recently went to the store to find shoes for my husband. Because it is generally difficult for my husband to find the right shoes, we had to try many different models. The service was simply unique! Our consultant advised us with understanding and patience, it has already been noticed that her goal was to make us satisfied. The other sales assistants were always smiling and ready to help at any time, which is very difficult to find these days. We were told everything about the shoe and the necessary care and so we took 2 pairs with us. It is definitely worth a visit if you are looking for quality and professional service!

The snooty saleswoman used every opportunity to make me look like an idiot as a customer. Instead of suggesting suitable shoes, I should first come to terms with it myself. When my first attempts were too tight, she pointed out that she could have told me that too. But it doesn't. And no idea how to advise customers either.

This shoe store is going to break me. Here as a man you can really find something completely different about shoes and if you want there is also a matching belt ... how cool is that. It's just a shame that the branch manager is not so brave and has the really cool colors delivered on site. But the nice ladies order everything and look after you really well. I always felt well advised and I can't confirm that someone was unfriendly. I will certainly remain a regular customer here, even if I now need a new shoe cabinet
