Nice and competent advice on men's shoes on the 2nd floor. But that was it with the good impression, because it was unfortunately too stuffy up there for a relaxed shopping, apparently the money for proper air conditioning is missing. On the ground floor, an instructing saleswoman tells us that it is completely normal to charge 20 cents for a paper bag with self-promotion when shopping for 200 euros, with the note that this is also the case with ALDI ... because there are no words .

I find the staff extremely friendly and tent. Very clear and tidy. And one should not forget that in times of Corona, all service providers do not have it easy and, with common sense, sometimes have to put up with a waiting time. Provided that you don't value professional expertise, you go to Aldi to buy your shoes, and even there you pay 20 cents for bags! ... And unfortunately I can't understand the previous comments, because if you look at shoes worth 200 euros can still afford 20cent for a bag! But everyone can form their own opinion. All in all a great shop with great employees.

Competent and friendly staff and also very accommodating (I had bought some shoes some time ago that after a few weeks, probably due to a production error, it was already broken & the money was returned in cash after an unsuccessful attempt to repair). So far I have always been very satisfied with the selection of shoes: reasonable quality at reasonable prices.

Whatever ratings I read here, I have to add my mustard to it. Here you will be served in a friendly manner, addressed and honestly advised whether the shoe is really the right one. I take my hat off to the shop assistants because they are able to serve 4 customers at once, in a quality that I am amazed at. Elsewhere one after the other is served, nobody comes to you, you have to look for the seller. This is really still a rare gift in Karlsruhe, which I really appreciate. Everyone gives their best there on every floor, sometimes you should take a look behind the scenes to see what they all do. For me, Schuhhaus Danger remains a SPECIALIST SHOP where there is humanity, FRIENDLINESS, HONESTY, where I am warmly addressed and welcomed. Where can you still find this? 😉 Anyone who sees a problem here has one with himself 😉
