Worst customer service ever!! i went in to the shop an hour before closing time but the assistant seemed to be already preparing for closing. I asked her if i could get 2 pairs of shoes in my size, she told me in a very irritated tone that she needs to check if they have it and then spend the next 15 minutes on the phone. I gave up and left. For a store that is famed for quality the customer service they offer is extremely lacking. Never going there again!
Service unfortunately insufficient. Shoes worth € 179 were bought. However, we found that they are pushing. This pressure was noticed only after wearing it for several minutes at home. Exchange? No chance! Reason: carton not available. Well, most of them don't take this with them in general ..
Of course, the dealer has the right to refuse any exchange, but to do so in spite of undamaged and as good as new goods is questionable. Better buy somewhere else!
I am pleasantly surprised by the great collection and the friendly staff. I had good advice and took 2 pairs with me. Always my pleasure.
