Haven't received the product yet, but that's not the point.
What is not possible is that Blue Tomato sends its parcels with GLS. On the internet you can find reviews of GLS that the address was not even approached and that you have to pick up the parcel at the nearest GLS parcel center.
That simply does not work! There was someone at home the whole time, and there was no collection invitation in the mailbox. The mail came straight away that the package had to be picked up at the nearest parcel center. The actually reliable delivery time doesn't help me either.
Blue Tomato should perhaps find a customer-friendly delivery service.
The three of us went to the Blue Tomato Karlsruhe in the Ettinger Tor Center near Niels.
And what can we say: it was fabulous! The advice was great, we were able to take advantage of great offers and were able to experience an open, friendly team. Thank you for the nice shopping experience.
The staff is at least as chilled as it looks
Overpriced and no return of money on the grounds that the return within 2 weeks is only goodwill instead of anchored in German law. Get a voucher so the money stays in the store once and never again
