Ok
I handed in 2 pairs of very high-quality, hard-earned shoes for repairs and let me convince me to pay an impressive 200 euros. I have made numerous attempts to get the shoes back - by phone, email, in person - unfortunately in vain for 2.5 years. The list of excuses is long, the shoes and the money are gone. All in all, a huge, disappointing cheek.
I would like to know if there are any legal means to take action against such fraud. I would be grateful for any hints in this regard.
The man is utterly rude and has taken over a year to repair my shoes. As with others, I was almost never there and there were only excuses and excuses. Afterwards, he took € 30 more than agreed and so the shoe repair was extremely expensive. Only to find out now that the shoes are breaking in the same place again. But of course I don't want to complain about them on site, because I don't want to do without my shoes for more than a year! Never again! Crafts definitely come at a price, but that's a bad joke!
FRAUD!
I handed in my shoes in summer 2017 and have been releasing them since then - unfortunately, Arnold keeps putting me off and has been refusing for almost 3 years (!!!!!). These are high quality and expensive shoes and Mr. Arnold does not answer despite countless contacts by phone and email. An absolute insolence! Beware of this scammer !!!
I was going to buy some Red Wings last December. I even deposited 50 euros as a deposit. Since then (September 2020) the shopkeeper has not contacted me. I'm waiting to get the 50 euros back (unfortunately in vain!). Not to be recommended.
