So far I have been here twice to have a supply of compression tights measured and ordered. Both times I was welcomed and treated very kindly. The lady who measured me knows what she's doing and was also able to answer all of my questions. I felt that I was in good hands and advised and would be happy to come back :)

Outrageous. Had to sign a document that I agree to take the box model of a bandage and not want the one with the crazy co-payment. You should actually think that you have to do it the other way round. These are psychological methods to put pressure on customers to take the more expensive - or - as in this case: I will never come back. Bye.

For me, the recession also includes dealing with employees. Unfortunately, I didn't just see once how employees are treated here. They are sometimes humiliated, demonstrated and treated extremely badly. The wind is blowing directly from above. It is incredibly disturbing.

If I could, there would be no star at all !! No advice whatsoever, only a completely incompetent saleswoman! It was about a toilet seat booster, despite concerns about the weight of the patient snippy answer there are only 2 types, of course this plastic part was broken after a short time! The biggest hit, however, is that I have now learned from a nursing care insurance consultant that you will take care of raised toilet seats - the lady at S&B should have made me aware of this and told me that I should and then I should get a prescription from the doctor that is billed there !!!! The nursing care insurance employee was horrified that such a large, well-known medical supply company would give zero advice and keep it from you! Never again . All things that now arise, such as the care bed, etc., are used in another medical supply store. The very last!!! As if you weren't already relatively helpless with care and you have to grow into it first!

I came here after changing the medical supply store. On the ground floor there is a young and very friendly team, despite the Corona time and full operation. I felt very cared for and my request was handled very friendly and professionally. Thanks a lot!
