Volksbank Immobilien GmbH or its alleged experts in the background do not make the prices for real estate, but the entire real estate market. And discouraging his clients from buying a property in a good location, despite a low price, and thus preventing a buy / sell, for whatever reason, does not necessarily reflect expertise. One of their customers is supposed to guess from a purchase on the basis of an allegedly high price, and another one is said not to suit the conditions one offers him.
